Awards and Other Recognitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The Waiting Stars” by Aliette de Bodard won the Nebula Award<\/a> for Best Novelette.\u00a0 It was also a finalist for the Hugo and Locus awards in the same category.<\/p>\n

The anthology is the first of its category in the Locus Recommended List<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Three of the anthology’s sixteen stories were chosen by Gardner Dozois for inclusion in Year’s Best SF 31<\/em><\/a>:<\/p>\n

\n“The Waiting Stars by Aliette de Bodard<\/p>\n

A fourth story, C. W. Johnson’s “Exit, Interrupted”, has been chosen by Allan Kaster for inclusion in The Year’s Top Ten SF Tales 6<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Beyond the three stories reprinted, seven stories were listed under Honorable Mentions in Year’s Best SF 31<\/em>. This means that an unprecedented 2\/3 of The Other Half of the Sky<\/em> is included in Year’s Best SF<\/em>:<\/p>\n
